When I attended the Puerto Vallarta familiarization trip in early October, I not only had the chance to inspect a lot of hotels and experience tourist activities, it was also a completion of a program I had started some months before with a myriad of online classes, all of which had quizes and tests to complete and a full book of itineraries and information for me to learn so that I coul better serve my clients interested in going to visit Puerto Vallarta.  At the end of that trip, we received our certificates of completion and earned the right to use the PV PRO Specialist Program logo in marketing, on a website and on the business card.  Here is what the logo looks like:

Thanks to these kinds of programs, travel agents are better able to craft itineraries that fit the travelers’ needs and produce more satisfying experiences for their clients.  I am please to say that I am a “PV PRO” and ready to help anyone interested in experiencing the best of Puerto Vallarta!
